Energy Rating

At Mannix Ryan estate agents we carry out assessments for the purpose of building energy rating. We specialise in multiple unit ratings on behalf of developers and property management companies.

A building energy rating or BER is similar to the energy label on your fridge with a scale of A-G. A-rated properties are the most efficient and G the least efficient. From 1st January 2009, a BER certificate became compulsory for all homes & commercial properties being sold, or offered for rent.
