Drumcondra is home to some of Dublin’s finest residential properties on roads such as Iona road, Lindsay road and Hollybank road. The area is well known for its distinctive redbrick properties and the Alexander Strain built properties which are much sought after.

Drumcondra is home to Irelands largest stadium Croke Park. The capacity of this modern stadium is 82,000. Croke Park is the headquarters of the GAA.
